  • No, you don't have to pay anything extra. If your request is genuine and you have a customer base of at least 500 users, then we will host the service and maintain it. We retain the ownership of the customised application. You get the service by subscribing to monthly / annual pricing plans.
  • What are the payment methods available to customers?
  • We use Stripe payment gateway for processing payments for web services. On mobile applications, you are required to purchase subscription plans from respective mobile app service providers such Apple or Google. You will be required to pay taxes depending on the Billing Address at the time of making payments.
  • What is your refund policy?
  • Our refund policy varies from service to service. Therefore, you must read the refund and cancellation policy of the particular SaaS.
